A large 1920s French wrought iron balloon chandelier with balloon base with  three candle lights in the centre and  six lights in the centre of the flowers around the top . The top part has twisted wrought iron swagged lines, with vase and flower design. 

Provenance: This came out of a luxury fashion brands, flagship London store.
